The new Pensacola Ferry Landing, is located along the waterfront between Plaza de Luna and the Port of Pensacola, and is the main hub for two new ferries. The hub includes ticketing, office space, restrooms, stadiumstyle seating, and sheltered areas for waiting passengers.

The two ferries run between downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and Fort  Pickens located at the Gulf Islands National Seashore. One ferry runs a clockwise route between the three stops, while the other runs in the opposite direction.  Each dock has a sanitary pump out station, lighted power pedestals, security lighting, and communications.  The electrical design includes 480V and 208V distribution systems, LED lighting, a distributed low voltage lighting control system, and fire alarm system. The lighting design utilizes energy efficient LED light fixtures with integral dimming capabilities in all spaces to allow for maximum occupant lighting control and energy efficiency.
