Each building is approximately 10,000 sq. ft with 16 private suites and 24 bedrooms.

Dell Consulting was the Prime Design Engineer for the HVAC Upgrades at the Gamma Commons Building #1270 on the main Campus of the University of South Alabama. The project is a replacement of existing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and associated ductwork, piping, and controls. Existing ductwork between the mechanical mezzanine and finished spaces will remain, as well as existing HVAC grilles, registers, and diffusers. Specifically, our design will include HVAC systems, condensate drain systems, and electrical power systems to support the new HVAC equipment.
