The Jagtran building is a new 26,500 SF facility that consists of an office area, vehicle maintenance, and an equipment mezzanine. The office area is served by one multi-zone chilled water variable air volume (VAV) air handling unit (AHU) and associated hot water reheat VAV terminal units. A single chilled water fan coil unit (FCU) serves IT/data spaces. Vehicle maintenance and the equipment mezzanine are heated and ventilated only. Ventilation is provided by wall-mounted exhaust fans interlocked with intake air louvers. Heating is provided by hydronic heaters located throughout the service area and equipment mezzanine. Chilled and heating hot water are provided by the campus plant and circulated through the building utilizing local variable speed pumps. Domestic hot water is generated by a tank type electric water heater and circulated throughout the building by an inline pump. Electrical lighting systems include LED fixtures throughout; automatic lighting controls are installed as specified and required by code.

The 68,850 SF Warehouse building is a new construction that consists of two office areas, various storage areas, and a mezzanine level. The office areas and storage areas are served by one multi-zone chilled water VAV AHU and associated hot water reheat VAV terminal units. The rental storage area is served by one single-zone chilled water VAV AHU. Chilled water FCUs serve mechanical and electrical equipment rooms. The stock room and mezzanine areas are heated and ventilated only. Ventilation is provided by wall-mounted exhaust fans interlocked with intake air louvers. Heating is provided by hydronic heaters located throughout the stock room and mezzanine. Chilled and heating hot water are provided by the campus plant and circulated through the building utilizing local variable speed pumps.
