Dell Consulting provided the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, medical gas, Telecommunications and Fire Alarm design. The Fire alarm is an intelligent fire alarm system monitored by a local monitoring company. A generator was provided to support the facility upon loss of normal power to provide uninterrupted services to the patients.
