The first floor houses a football locker room, equipment room, and laundry facilities, as well as a state-of-the-art weight room for all UWF student athletes. The second floor is shared between the UWF College of Health and the Florida State University College of Medicine’s Pensacola Regional School Campus. The space fosters more integration across the two universities through the shared Physician’s Assistant Partnership Program. This administrative suite includes medicine, physician assistant, nursing, public health, medical laboratory sciences, health sciences, psychology, athletic training, exercise science, community health education, fitness and conditioning, and physical therapy. The College of Health’s Dean’s office is included in this space. Local physicians will also have access to a multi-purpose room for continuing education courses, which will be utilized for medicine classes for current students.

Dell Consulting’s role consisted of site electrical distribution and Athletic Field lighting design as well as the design of the interior electrical and fire alarm systems. Dell Consulting worked closely with the University Fire Alarm Shop to coordinate the basis of design fire alarm system integrated into the existing public address and music systems to ensure these systems were silenced during a fire alarm.
