Building A is a 28,051 SF building that to included a complete renovation of the kitchen facility and a new media center with upgraded appurtenances. The building was provided with new HVAC, plumbing, lighting, intercom, fire alarm and telecommunications.

Due to the complexity of renovating Building B, the building was eventually demolished. A new building replaced the old building with a 9,851 SF, freestanding, one-story facility to serve as a multi-purpose space to include restrooms, gym area with basketball court, raised platform for assembly presentations, mechanical rooms, office, lobby and concession room.

Building C is an 11,429 SF classroom renovation including new lighting, intercom, HVAC, fire alarm and telecommunications in the existing building and an addition which included all new electrical work. The electrical services and distribution systems associated with these three buildings were modified as required to accommodate the renovations.
