Electrical Engineer
Dell Consulting, LLC is seeking an electrical engineer (EIT). This candidate will assist in the design of federal, state, municipal and private sector projects. This position requires experience in power, lighting, and fire alarm system design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble design documents, permit drawings, construction documents, specifications, and coordination drawings associated with power, lighting, and fire alarm design/construction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data.
- Research, evaluate, and specify mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
- Investigate equipment and system operation issues to make recommendations for adjustments.
- Assist drafters in developing design drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Possess strong teamwork, communications, and customer service skills.
- Execute the necessary work in the creation, evaluation, implementation and modification of standard techniques and procedures.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
Passed NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering Exam
3+ years of experience
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD MEP

Mechanical or Plumbing Engineer or Designer

AutoCAD/Revit Drafting Technician
Dell Consulting, LLC is seeking a full-time drafting technician proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. This candidate will assist in the drafting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications construction documents for architectural and infrastructure related projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building Revit objects/families
- Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings.
- Ability to maintain multiple deadlines while producing quality work.
- Coordinate accurately with other construction disciplines, including in-person meetings.
- Control the flow of design information for specific projects into and out of the company.
