Originally equipped with only basic heating and ventilation, the Home Plate Club was upgraded with a modern HVAC system as part of this renovation. Due to limited mechanical space and the location of existing utilities, a high-efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system was selected to provide independent temperature control for each occupied area. Dedicated exhaust fans supply ventilation for the new restrooms, while the outdoor VRF equipment was strategically installed on a lower roof beneath the Club to reduce refrigerant piping runs and maintain service access.

The electrical design introduced new LED dimmable lighting to modernize the interior, along with fire alarm, telecommunications, and audio/visual systems. The premium stadium seating area was further enhanced with TVs and high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) ceiling fans for improved comfort and experience.
