Due to project phasing and existing utility constraints, the Hall of Fame Club’s indoor area is conditioned by multiple variable-speed packaged rooftop air conditioning units, providing precise temperature and humidity control. Ventilation is maintained by rooftop exhaust fans, with all mechanical systems integrated into Auburn’s campus building automation system.

The outdoor seating area, located directly behind home plate, is heated and ventilated by electric unit heaters and overhead fans to ensure year-round comfort. A new fire riser room was also incorporated to support the facility’s fire protection systems.

Electrical design features include a distributed lighting control system with warm, dimmable pendant fixtures that create a speakeasy-style ambiance, and weather-resistant receptacles with integrated USB ports for device charging along the drink rails and outdoor seating areas.
