Dell Consulting, LLC provides MEP engineering services for institutions of higher learning – from facilities condition assessments and system design to construction contract administration and building commissioning. Utilizing our expertise in energy management and the design of high- performance building systems, we deliver mechanical and electrical systems that satisfy rigorous campus standard requirements, as well as discerning building occupants. We have designed MEP systems for student housing, cafeterias/food service, classrooms, auditoriums, administrative offices, central energy plants, athletic facilities, theaters, and student services buildings.

UWF University Park Center

The University Park Center building houses 32,700 SF of training spaces and locker rooms for the UWF Argos football team. The second floor consists of office and support spaces for the UWF College of Health and the FSU College of Medicine.

UWF Health and Wellness Center LEED Silver
The Design Objective for this 1,800 SF addition and partial renovations was to provide a Counseling and Psychological annex with a standalone reception/waiting area, 6 Therapy rooms, Conference Room and a Wellness Office.

UWF Center for Cybersecurity

This project is a 10,000 SF tenant improvement space for the nationally recognized Center for Cybersecurity at the University of West Florida. Located on the second floor of the recently renovated Studer Tower in downtown Pensacola, this space will provide a highly visible location for UWF and the Center for Cybersecurity.

Auburn Plainsman Park Expansion

Auburn Athletics finalized plans for the previously approved $30 million Plainsman Park renovation project that began the summer of 2023. The renovations are highlighted by the additions of three new premium experiences – the Hall of Fame Club, First Base Club, and Home Plate Club, as well as a unique general admission space atop the War Eagle Wall in left field.

USA Gamma Commons HVAC Upgrades

This existing building renovation project included complete HVAC system replacement for five, two-story dormitory buildings at the University of South Alabama.  Each building is approximately 10,000 SF with 16 private suites and 24 bedrooms.

Building 40 serves as the University’s main central energy plant. The campus medium voltage distribution system originates in this building within a 50+ year old 15kV switchgear.

The project provides site lighting to the community garden adjacent to Building 950. The new site lighting design will incorporate University of West Florida-standards-compliant, high-efficiency LED fixtures, providing a minimum light level of 2 Footcandles on all pathways.

The Alabama Power USA Coastal Weather Research Center is a self-supporting operation within the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of South Alabama. Located in a newly renovated space at the Science Laboratory Building, the Weather Center consists of a meteorological laboratory, information center and archive.
