MEP Services for Governmental Facilities

Dell Consulting’s design for governmental facilities includes projects at the municipal, county, state, and federal levels and includes work with the Florida Department of Management Services and the Florida Department of Children and Families, General Services Administration, U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and NASA.

Sustainability, energy efficiency, maintenance, and overall life-cycle cost play a special role in the design of governmental facilities. Deliberate and rigorous analysis of systems and approaches are often necessary to demonstrate responsible decision-making for government stakeholders. Best practices are expected.
