Dell Consulting, LLC has a long history of designing all types of educational facilities.  We prioritize delivering the most flexible and safest educational learning environments for the students.   Properly conditioned environments can improve student performance, decrease absenteeism, and promote a positive learning experience.  Focusing on the comforts of students and teachers, the systems are designed to provide independent temperature control and occupant set-point adjustment and override capabilities to allow staff the flexibility to operate the systems to meet their individual classroom needs.

Judy Andrews Second Chance Center Escambia County School District

Project consisted of a complete replacement of existing heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the site’s three main educational buildings totaling 17,800 SF of floor area.  Spaces include classrooms, office and administrative spaces, media center, storage, and dining areas.

Renovate St. Elmo Elementary School, Mobile County Public School System

Complete (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) renovation of the interior of two of the four buildings on this Elementary School Campus. The main administrative building renovation included the complete renovation of the kitchen preparation and serving areas.

B.C. Rain High School Renovation Mobile County Public School System

The doors to B.C. Rain School opened on September 4, 1963, and admitted approximately 1,200 junior high and high school students. Today, B.C. Rain High School is a 126,000 SF educational facility located on Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile, AL and serves almost 800 students in grades 9-12. .

Renovate Warrington Middle School Escambia County School District

This project consisted of a 5,600 SF renovation of the existing Administration Suite, a 4,400 SF renovation of the existing Media Center, an elevator addition to an existing building, and a 2,800 SF new Technology Suite.

Phillips Preparatory School, Mobile County Public School System

Renovate the 69,000 SF portion that is over 50 years old.  The project scope includes new construction of approximately 5,200 SF.  The electrical system in the school is converted from 208 volt three phase overhead service to 480 volt three phase underground service.

Walton County Schools Assessment
Dell Consulting conducted detailed on-site assessments of existing mechanical system components at the Maude Saunders Elementary School and The WISE Center, in Defuniak Springs, Florida, which also included a detailed assessment of existing mechanical system components at the Van R. Butler School in Santa Rosa Beach Florida.

Maude Saunders Elementary School Walton County School District

This multi-building complex with covered walkways and canopies was originally designed and constructed in 1974-75. The main building was later expanded increasing the overall size of the campus to well over 100,000 GSF.

The Wise Center, Walton County School District
The WISE (Walton Initiative for Success in Education) Center is a 93,000 GSF K-12 magnet school located in Defuniak Springs, FL.  The school, a multi-building complex with covered walkways and canopies was originally designed and constructed in 1968 and later expanded in the mid-1990’s.
