Mobile Cruise Terminal

This project improved the 66,000 SF Cruise Terminal Facility to accommodate the arrival of Carnival Cruise Lines.  The building was dormant for approximately 5 years with no ship activity from the Port of Mobile.  The exterior LED lighting is color changing to accent the facility at night.

24,000 SF new grocery store provides its members with an organic deli, produce and seafood sales area. The design incorporates sustainable design practices, consistent with the Co-op’s mission including photovoltaics, high efficiency LED lighting and controls.

The new Pensacola Ferry Landing hub includes ticketing, office space, restrooms, stadiumstyle seating, and sheltered areas for waiting passengers.  The two ferries run between downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and Fort Pickens.

This newly developed 200 room, 14-story hotel and 208 space, 3-level parking garage is located in Panama City Beach, Florida.  The hotel features all-suite smart rooms with balconies, an elevated lobby with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The new additon is a 17,500 SF gaming area. HVAC systems consist of four variable air volume roof-top air handlers served by the existing chilled water plant.
