Since beginning his engineering career as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in 2019, Ivan Looney has demonstrated a deep commitment to the health, well-being, and comfort of building occupants. He earned his license as a Professional Mechanical Engineer in 2023 and has since continued to deliver high-quality engineering solutions across a broad range of sectors.

Ivan brings extensive experience in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems, specializing in chilled water systems design, as well as construction administration services for commercial, food service, government, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects. His technical expertise also includes whole-building energy modeling and support for numerous commissioning efforts, contributing to energy-efficient and high-performance building operations.

With a diverse project portfolio, Ivan has developed a keen ability to tailor mechanical and plumbing system designs to meet the unique needs of each project—regardless of size or complexity. His attention to detail and client-focused approach make him a trusted partner in delivering effective and sustainable engineering solutions.

Ivan is a small-town boy who enjoys working with his hands on home projects with his twin brother. In his free time, he can often be found spending time with his wife, Hannah, or fishing with one of his brothers.
